Hi everyone. Just been looking on Towsure for a few bits - went to check out and it says that standard delivery is £4.99 - and can take upto 14 days!

What have you lot found them like for delivery?

Ordered a few things of them myself and it was usually here within a week. found no prob with them and there £4.99 postage is for everything you buy not just one item so very reasonable

Have had things arrive next day - even on the standard 14 day delivery!   But some orders have taken a week or so. I guess it all depends on the time of year and how busy they are.

Most companys quote 14 days or even more to cover themselves as they can not check with the delivery agency wether it has been lost or delayed untill 14 or 15 days are up. Its to stop people like us phoning to enquire the whereabouts after 3 or 4 days.

I ordered from them last night (about 10 PM) got an E-Mail today saying good have been sent for delivery tomorow via 24 hour service!

Couldn't be happier!

The only reason I asked is because I saw a couple of people on here saying they've had bad service.

Hi Freddie. Yea I've seen Towsure on here before posting comments. Some people were leaving negative comments - so just wanted to get a better perspective of what they were like for delivery. Well my order came through yesterday - couldn't be happier!

Still waiting for my Easy Camp San Remo 400 though - this wasn't bought from Towsure! I'm abit miffed because I wanted to use it this weekend for my B-Day!

Ahhh well - at least Towsure sent my stuff quickly!
