There is no particular reason why you shouldn't feed your burners and a fridge off the same gas cylinder. However, remember that should you wish to move one to a different location you could end up having to move all, or at least the two appliances. Do you cook outside, for example, or do you have a cook tent?
I have read many members on this site claiming that they are VERY useful, but you have to be careful about certain things. For example, they have to be kept level, especially when running off gas; so take a spirit level and some pieces of wood, etc. to get it just right.
