I agree with daisybev, that's what warranty is for.

We've never had any probs with ours and have tried several of the Coleman models (just fussy!).

We bought a Coleman double airbed just over a year ago. It's the one with two separate chambers meaning I don't bounce out when my wife turns over. It worked for us for a couple of trips but now one side slowly deflates overnight. It obviously has a small split but I can't find it. I've had it in the bath but no air comes out.

Make sure it is a warranty cliam befor you return it, After all a puncture is just that not a cause for a return. I had a puncture in a car tyre once and would not have returned it to quick fit wanting a new tyre

We use the cheapest airbeds going and we make sure to buy singles not doubles.  When we inflate ours we make sure that we do not over inflate!  We make sure that when inflated our fist can push down into the matress and almost touch the floor if not touch all the way. 

If your air mattress is inflated properly it will not be firm to the touch but will be when you lay on it.  Larger adults should only be a few inches off the ground when on the air matress.  Your air mattress should last years!

It was a leaking valve. Coleman confirmed they offer a 2 year guarantee. Outdoormegastore.co.uk agreed. Both were polite, professional and great to deal with. In less than a week we have a replacement mattress. Now that's great service.
