Thinking about buying a day tent for weekends in the camper.  Has anyone slept in one?  I see the Kyham Screenhouse has an inner tent but it's a bit out of our price range.  Do you think we could attach an awning inner bedroom tent to a Kyham Day Shelter or Outwell Day Tent?  Anyone have any helpful advice?

I once spent a couple days in my Royal Summerhouse, I was great, loads of room and had no problems. We didnt use a inner tent, and the weather was typical summer, rain rain and more rain.

Rather than using an inner I woud suggest getting a cheap single skin "pup" tent, you can get them for less than a tenner in the supermarkets and it would be warmer, plus you haven't got a problem attaching it to a tent it wasn't designed to fit.

We slept some kids in our dayroom in the inner of a small pup tent, so just without the fly sheet.
