I have just been on the phone to Yeomans at Ambleside, our capet and footprint for the Vermont XL are being delivered on Tuesday. Mark said they were at the main depot? warehouse? ready to be despatched, so they may have just received a delivery. I was also told that they are having problems obtaining supplies, I assume the problem is with Outwell themselves.

beezers, when did you order yours?  I don't suppose you know if the vermont l had also been received, I'm still waiting.

 Blacks outlet in Telford has 3 outwell carpets not sure which ones but i do no it wasn't for the colarado 5 because thats the one i wanted they do mail order so might be worth giving them a ring if someone still needs one

Woohoo my carpet arrived today for my Vermont l.  Haven't unfolded it properly just had a quick look, there is some loose straps inside can anyone tell me what these are for?  Might be obvious but without opening it fully it doesn't jump out at me.

beezers, when did you order yours?  I don't suppose you know if the vermont l had also been received, I'm still waiting. 

Sorry dudkat I just saw this now. I`m not sure when ours was ordered as it was a replacement for our Nebraska XXL carpet. We returned the XXL as it was faulty and we changed it for a Vermont XL. Yeomans agreed to swap the carpets and footprints for us as well, so I don`t know if they were ordered when Mark phoned me and said Outwell had agreed to swap carpets etc, or whether they were ordered when we collected the tent a couple of weeks ago. Try ringing Yeomans and see what`s happening.

Pardon my ignorance, but I have noticed on various threads, that everyone keeps mentioning yeomans and outwell together, are they part of the smae company?

No, not the same company. Yeomans do many shows including the 2 big NEC shows with tent displays. They have other brands as well as Outwell on show. The link in this treads is because these Outwell products were ordered/purcahsed through Yeomans at the shows.

It seems we are not alone then! We've been waiting for our footprint for weeks and weeks now.  It was ordered through Yeomans at Scunny, and they still dont know if or when they will be getting some in. We plan to adapt our old vango killington footprint to our new hartford for now! Im suprised to read one of you in this thread has had to pay for something you havent got yet!  That money could be in your bank account earning interest until whatever you order comes in!

Having ordered my vermont XL, footprint and carpet at the NEC show and still not received them from yeomans, I have been chasing them again this week.

My tent will be ready to collect from Leamington on Tuesday and Will told me the footprint and carpet are definitely arriving on 13th May - they have been assured of this by Outwell.

Only time will tell.....................

Hi Dudcat. I think they are to tie around the carpet when it is rolled up as you don't get a bag to store it in.

Keep chasing I had to.  I also kept an eye on their website.  I called one day to be told the carpet and footprint were still out of stock but when I checked their website it was saying the footprint was in stock, so I made another call still to be told nothing in stock I then informed them the website was showing stock.  That was confirmed and a footprint was despatched that day!
