You've rinsed them, yes? At least three times? Otherwise if you get condensation on the flysheet (and who doesn't?) and it comes into contact with the inners (which it often does) you'll get nasty things happening to the flysheet.
I would do any dusting outside the house. Hang the inners on the washing line and let them get a good blow around. (Next week...you don't want THAT good a blow!)
