Anyone had dealings with Outdoor World-Warrington?  Considering buying off them.  Are they any good with dealing with problems?  Are they helpful etc?

We have just brought a new tent from them, and found they were very helpfull

Hi, we bought a couple of sprayway coats a couple of weeks back and one of them had a small fault so we took it back and the exchanged it straight away only for the second coat to develop the same fault. Once again they took it back and exchanged it no questions asked. We told them if the fault happened agian we would want a refund and they said no problem. Glad to say this coat is fine lol! I also bought a tent and i asked the lady, as its a new manufacturer if there are any problems with the tent would we get a refund and she said yes no problem as long as its not wear and tear and we have kept our receipt. So yes, helpful and dealt with the problem straight away

hi san 321 . stewey here....we use outdoorworld a bit but phone there internet shop up first and ask them if there shop in warrington can match it . we got a vango orchy carpet for £35.00 instead of £50.00 and vango orchy 600 tent for £159.00 Instead of £179.00 from there store. hope this post helps...stewey

we`ve got to agree with the positive comments.always found them very helpfull whether your buying or not.we asked them to match the website price once and they did without any problems.my missus says going there with me is like going to toysrus with the kids.ive got to buy something every time we go

We bought two Monty 6 tents from them last year. One had a slight flaw in the fly sheet. They exchanged this without a problem. The staff are very helpfull and friendly, we always deal with them when possible.

Wow! This is all very positive stuff.  We will buy from them very soon.  Thanks for the tip stewey about price matching.  I'd prefer to buy from store than internet and go collect.  Internet prices are very good.
