I camped in York last year and the campers nearby brought their cat! I was terrified it would pee on my tent and ruin it. It was lucky I had my cat hating labrador on guard. Good luck, I hope you get the smell out.
I read this with interest
Some looney took thier cat on holidays? Hmmm very strange!!
Hope you get the smell out. I know that go! sells tent cleaning spray, but im not sure if it would get rid of the odour. Good Luck. We had the owners cats come visit us during the night at Bruces Cave, but they didnt wee, just run their claws down our tent door, but no damage done. just our adoring 1 year old (at the time) giving them loads of cuddles.

Cool campers use Delta Pegs.
