hiya all,we went away in our new orchy 600 last weekend.we absolutely love the tent and it stood up to a bad storm on friday night.we were a bit disappointed to find a couple of minor faults with the tent though.we contacted outdoor megastore on monday when we got back and they told us to bring it in to them.i took it down there tonight after work and the they were great about it.they didnt even check the tent,they just took my word and gave me a new tent.after some of the bad press some dealers have got lately i thought they deserve a decent mention on here.

Have just recently purchased a tent and equipment from them, delivered really quick. Also if you shop online you can go through Quidco website and get 10% cashback.

We had faults with our new tent and PJ camping (or intertent if shopping online) were brilliant too x

I think one person as a minor issue and then it gets blown up and everyone seems to jump on the negative band wagon. So you are right it is nice to hear something positive for a change!!!

I have just rung them to thank them for the good service they gave when replacing my faulty tent. Shame i didn't know about the Quidco website.
