Thinking of buying this canopy at the weekend for my Coleman Cedar Creek. I was wondering if anybody out there has got one already, Photos would be great seen some on a previous thread by Capt.Kipper but not fitted on a Cedar Creek.
If it helps, I asked a supplier if this would fit our Coleman Celsius 5 and they said it would. You could perhaps compare measurements and see. We got an outwell tarp and windbreak though.
I ended up buying the canopy from Argos after reading many reviews which stated it was universal and would adapt to most family sized tents. We are off next weekend for a short camping break, I'll find out then how it fits got some ideas what to do but until its fitted its gonna be trial and error.

Hi does anyone know if the coleman canopy fits a coleman valhalla 8 fine?
I can't find a picture of the Valhalla so can't offer direct advice. However having tried my canopy on several tents now I think the deciding factor is whether or not it's a tunnel tent with a side opening door, and whether the roof line is level and long enough to make an adequate"platform" for the canopy to fit over. My Vango Oregon 600 has a level roof line but it's only abour 2.8 metres on the level section, so the canopy rather swamps it and gets weirdly baggy if not guyed out really carefully. It's a much better fit on the Oregon 800, which has an extra 1.4m of level roof line.
Sorry my tent is a coleman valhas 8. We have now been camping and the canopy does fit and is excellent. It rained all weekend but this gave us so much more space. Also it was our new tents maiden voyage and we are so pleased with it.Was £300 in argos but now half price. Bedrooms are massive, tent is totally waterproof and good quality overall. Im new at this so when ive got the hang of it ill get some pics on here. Tarra for now
I just laughed when I read your reply. So it is called a velhas 8. I dont know my backside from my elbow me. I will put pics on after next outing.
Anyone know of any nice campsites 2 hours(ish) south of st helens with pub nearby families and couples only and possibly a small river/stream for kids play in? much appreciate any advise

The really funny thing is that once I'd realised what tent it was, I kept on seeing it pop up in one of the main page banner adverts every other time I refreshed the page.
