It is NASTY...I really don't understand why people do it..! OK there may be a queue of people waiting to use the sinks but I am sure I would rather wait a few extra minutes whilst the person in front of me gets rid of their waste rather than have to do it for them.

As there are only two of us we have taken to leaving our dishes soaking in a washing up bowl and washing up later in the day when there is less chance of a queue and more chance of hot water.

I would not like to see the state of some peoples houses. People have no resect for others it drives me mad.

Aren't you meant to scrape the debris from plates and bowls etc into the bin before washing them up? Thats what I have always done anyway. Otherwise you have lumps floating about in the water or block up the dishwasher. Yuk.
