spag bol, freeze at home and just warm up , cook pasta fresh.
chilli and rice, with wraps warmed in frying pan.
bangers n mash
super noodles n hot dogs (kids favourite)
tin of stewed steak, peas, carrots , oxo cube, and smash or tinned potatoes.
corned beef, beans, fried onions, with crusty loaf .
Tuna and pasta, cucumber , tomatoes, onions finely diced and covered in mayonnaise
You can cook a large frozen pizza, defrosted, in a big frying pan, either on the barbecue or gas ring, cover with foil, cook for 10mins on one side, then turn and cook the other side until thouroghly hot. Tried it this weekend on bbq.

depends on your own tastes, but I love the simple local foods from the area's that we visit. try the butchers, bakers, fishmongers etc. ask them there recommends.
we have the chance when camping to try whats on offer around our Isle (Rick Stein) is a good example. it can become a great part of your holiday to find these places, even using the web before hand is exciting. finding award winning suppliers of quality foods.
don't be limited by your cooker! easy enough to also use a once BBQ (stick the used charcoal in the hedge after it's a good long term plant feed.)
buy the local Bacon/eggs etc a lot fresher than the stuff we normaly transport from our local S/M.
so say for instance, you do for your evening meal some top class local steaks on the BBQ.along with fresh salad (and new potatoes! 1 ring on cooker) local fresh crusty bread with butter. kettle on other ring for a brew after
keep it simple fresh and local.
