I ordered a table from GoOutdoors on 16th June.
On 25th June having not heard anything I sent an email.
On 27th June they replied saying ' We are sorry for the delay, your order will be despatched to you as soon as possible'.
I must say I was not happy with this reply. So sent another email this morning (4th) saying that I was intending to cancel my ordered. Coincidently the table arrived this afternoon. I do think 18 days for a table ordered on the internet is too long. On the website it says 7 days but that they are experiencing delays. I more informative email would have been a little more customer friendly!
I now have two tables as I ended up buying one from a local camping shop as we were going camping last weekend!
