I ordered a tent carpet on the 5th April...as we're going away today (!) I rang them on Monday to see if it was likely to arrive in time. The answer was no, so I cancelled it, found one elsewhere and it was delivered the next day for the same price shipping that Campmania charge for normal delivery. OK, I paid £7 more overall, but the difference is I'll have a nice cosy carpet in my tent tonight, whereas if I'd left it to Campmania I wouldn't have!
I did get an e-mail saying my order has been cancelled (which I'll keep just in case....) but overall my experience with Campmania wasn't a bad one, they just didn't have what I wanted in stock unfortunately.
