Well I am 6ft 2 in my bare feet no cheating with shoes on and I have room to stand up in my Easy Camp Parma 600 which is a 6 berth. But when you are a big lad like me it is more like a 4 berth.
When I have been to Winfields in Haslingdon there have been several makes of tent I could stand up in so it is best to go to a place where there are tents on display to walk around in.
Also When I was at Gooutdoors buying my Parma 600 they hd several tents I could stand up in.

My OH is 6ft 2 and needs a minimum of 210cm long sleeping area to be able to sleep properly so make sure that as well as standing height the inner is long enough, some of them are on the short size. 
my advice is to shop around and visit dealers that have large displays that you can go into and have a good snoop around (Allweathers even let me try out airbeds in their show tents) and get a feel for what you are going to purchase and "try before you buy"
