I feel a duty to mention the superb customer service I have just received from PJ camping.

I bought the display model Outwell Norfolk Lake from their Reading tent show for £506 (brand new, but used for two weeks at the show), in the full knowledge that the tent may get damaged during the show. It's the risk you take.

It just so happened that one of the bedroom floor hooks broke and so the bedroom compartment didn't 'peg out' fully. A minor inconvenience in my mind.

However PJ camping badgered outwell and I got a replacement ZIG free of charge, and they let me keep the old one. They also threw in a repair kit, tenacious tape and some storm sure.

Above and beyond the call of duty in my mind. Just thought I'd mention it.

If you want to buy from them online they go by the name of intertent.

Must also say that cross camping are also excellent too.

They promote themselves on this website and also are running a competition with us at present
