ive got to agree with you corkycat. ive never had any problems with gooutdoors. i bought a coolbox last year and when i got it home the adaptor for the electrics was all melted as if it had been used. so i took it back. i was told straight away that it looked like someone had opened the box and swapped a faulty one for the one in my box. it turned out to be an adaptor for a completely different appliance because the connections were the wrong shape. they could not apologise enough and told me this is a very common problem in the store. how dishonest of some people. anyway they swapped it for me and gave me the correct cable and lots of apologies.so i cant fault them. well done from me too!
