Does anyone know where to buy replacement poles for our Khyam ultimate classic tent? We pitched it incorrectly and one of the bedroom poles got bent after heavy rain. This wouldn't have happened if we had put the pole the right way round!

I broke one of the plastic clips which attach the bedroom pod to the frame (trod on it!!). A quick telephone call to them and a couple of clips were on their way to me. They were really pleasant and helpful - made me glad I had chosen a Khyam.
