Bought a new tent from Get camping (royal bordeaux 6 xl), Put it up to have a trial run before we go away in September,discovered one of the tent poles was slightly bent. E mailed Get camping to let them know the prob, got an immediate reply from them saying they would send us another pole + a spare one just in case.Am well impressed with how they dealt with this matter and would recommend them to anyone.It's nice in this day and age to be able to give praise where praise is due.

 On the same subject I ordered a Coleman Xtreme coolbox from Singers Outdoors at 10.00pm on Wednesday the order was delivered at 11.30am Friday. Again praise where it's due.

True to their word, Get camping mailed me on friday to tell me to tell me new poles had been sent, received them today. 2  new poles , no cost to me and didn't even have to send back the damaged pole.Brilliant company!!
