Don't spend money on spays for it.
First, use a white vinegar solution (urine really alkali, so vinegar will neutralise and take away the smell).
Second, use washing powder solution (to clean it).
Third and lastly, if you want to use on tent fabric. Surgical spirit solution. (will 'de fat' the urine and take away residue smells if any).
I'm a QVN so have to know this stuff - if you were wondering why I have such aan interest in it.

Urea which is contained in urine is ACIDIC. Having tried all aspects to rid this exact same smell, vineger doesnt touch it. The problem is when its dried it leaves crystals behind which give off the smell, especially when disturbed.
I tried many products including DIY solutions and nothing has worked as well as urine off. I even tried neat vineger to no avail.

Cat in the wild - have acidic urine, their diet generally comes from meat they have hunted. This in turn , has it's problems as if the ph of the urine raises above 7.1 it can get struvite crystals. Domestic cats tend to have commercially made diets. Because of the amount of cereals /vegetables put into these diets it can result in neutral or alkaline urine - predisposing the cat to calcium oxalate crystals. 'pH control diets' - hope to keep the urine at a steady pH of 6-7. Slightly acidic. and overcome the problem of 'most' commercially bought cat food and alkali urine.
But unless you are a cat owner - you don't even need to think about it I guess.
'Cleaning with vinegar is a great way to clean and it's cheaper, safer and easier on the environment than many commercial cleaners. The cheaper distilled white vinegar, is the best type to use for cleaning. The acetic acid in vinegar is an effective disinfectant, deodorizer, and cleaner which will cut grease and soap scum, dissolve mineral buildup, and inhibit mold and bacteria growth.
Besides controlling body odour (such as underarm or foot odor) and eliminating pet odor (including skunk odour ), cleaning with vinegar can
cleaning with vinegar can also get rid of odours found in many households resulting from cooking or other everyday chores.
Vinegar works by killing the bacteria that cause odours and by neutralizing many of the basic volatile compounds that are responsible for harsh or unpleasant smells.'
Thae cleaner I suggested was to get rid of the stain and vinegar residue.
Soory the vinegar didn't work for you - it generally does.
Dozy.
