Have just returned from a week camping in devon. good week but at times terrible weather.

two nights with torrential rain and one day with 45 mph gales!!

however, having had my tent for 2 years and used 3 times I was disappointed that the tent started to have drips of water coem through. admittedly the rain was torrential and it coped at first, but then later in the week heavy rain meant it had drips coming in. does this mean that the tent was so saturated it couldn;t cope and will be okay when it is dried out, or is the tent stuffed?

the HH is 3000.  any thoughts would be welcomed.

thanks

Most likely condensation - cold rain on the outside, people inside releasing a pint or two of moisture ...

- unless it was along a seam - in which case perhaps some stitch holes need sealing.

EDIt - I see it's a polycotton tent ?

Someone else will no doubt be along in a minute with experience of those ...
