Apologies if this has been mentioned before.....

Whilst away last weekend, tucked up in bed, our lantern came on, just like that! I switched it off, then it came back on, i switched it off, it came back on. It turns out everytme i switched it off with the remote control, i switched the lantern on in the tent 20 feet away, then they were doing the same back, I found it hilarious, but im not sure they worked out what was happening.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes we had the same fun in France, we would turn it off usually quite late and then it would come back on, we worked out what was going on but don't know who it was that we were 'linked' with.  It certainly gave us a chuckle!!

Mine comes on sometimes.

I had it hanging up inside a small tent at a festival once, while we sat outside testing single malts.

A well known kite designer staggered past, so I flashed the light a few times. Ten minutes of contemplation followed until said designer wobbled over to inform me that my tent was flashing :-)
