Hi Matty,
Yep, wife was sick in our SIG a few months back. I was sleeping in the pod, she was just outside when she hurled. It was dark and she thought she got it in a bag..not so, as I found out when having to get up in the night with the doggy  .
Anyway, mopped it up using towels followed with a good wipe using more towels and a bucket of water with Dettol (third of a bottle!). Left it to dry and hasn't been an odour in it since.
