We had a good bank holiday camp in the end. But it was very wet the last couple of days, including taking the tent down. Luckily the tent seems water proof (although we have found an imperfect seam between the inner and the SIG -- hopefully yeomans will sort that out for us!), so while camping we coped.
Got the tent home, nice breeze, dangled over the washing line and most of it got dry. However, the guy ropes, bits of rope attached to the zips, the bits holding the clips to the fabric, all dried much much much slower, and were still slightly damp when we put the tent away.
Is there any way to get these bits more waterproof? Would fabseal and something similar help? And does it matter too much if these bits aren't perfectly dry when we pack away?
