we are quick to post complaints on here about companies. well i want to post praise about a company.

i placed an order yesterday, tuesday, at 11 oclock to camping & leisure world (surrey), for a khyam sun porch, which you might remember i was trying to find on another post. they said i would have it wednesday. i got an email this morning saying it had been shipped.

at midday i had a knock on the door. it was parcel force with my delivery. just 24 hours after ordering i have my parcel and just £6.50 delivery. they certainly stick to their word. so well done and thank you very much camping world. i shall have no worries about using you in the future. thank you!!!

Amandawilliams, I love your larder/table thingie. Would you mind letting me know where you got it?

Amanda - does it take apart for easy packing - your cupboard I mean?

yes got it from towsure. its great saw it last season and eventually got it this season. its easy to take apart and light. it comes in a carry bag

your welcome pebbles. got that online as well and arrived when they said it would. used it last weekend. i got it for the hard top and an easy to assemble cupboard as my last one was so hard to put up. its really strong as well

Wish i had known the wherabouts when down that way recently. Went to another camping place in the area who refused to sell me a tent carpet simply because I did not have that particular tent. Was not happy!

what a pain. what right has somebody got not to sell you something if they are selling it just because you dont own what it fits. a carpets a carpet and can be made to fit.

 name and shame!  

i wouldnt have been happy either. dont deserve your hard earned cash or other custom.

would have gone back later though and bought it when different staff were on if i wanted something and probably had a dig about earlier staff.

We are lucky enough to live 8 miles from Camping and Leisure and have bought most of our gear from them.  Superb service and always extremely helpful.  Definitely recomend them.
