For one night camping what else do i need other than tent, sleeping bag and blow up bed.  I dont really want to buy anything as i might never go again!

For cheapness get a sleeping mat instead of the bed and if going in this country take a coat.

On our last trip my Mum joined us. Not wanting to pay out for an extra bed she used our sun lounger. With a duvet on top of it she said it was comfy enough.

For cooking take a disposable BBQ or a fold up if you have it. Plus take some form of seating. Any garden chair will do.

Depends where you're going. I sometimes do one night wild camps (up in the hills and not on a site) and I take tent, mat, sleeping bag, map, compass, headlight, small stove, pan, fork, cup, enough tea, sugar and milk powder for a couple of brews and a couple of packets of pasta and sauce. If I am going for just one night near to civilisation and can eat in a pub and get a pie and a brew in the morning, I just take tent, mat, sleeping bag and headlight.

If your young fit and healthy all the above + torch,  disposable BBQ beer and a bottle of water for morning after

if older 2 BBQs one for evening and one for next morning for brew and bacon butties and not forgetting a hot water bottle and a bottle of Sanatogen wine.....

A torch, beer and something to make a brew on for the morning. Find a cafe for a good fry up in the morning. Oh god, just typing that makes me yearn to be young again.Golden days.
