Just returned from our first night away with new Iowa. When we woke we went to open vents a little more only to discover a tear on one of them (in middle of fabric, not on seam). It was definately not there the night before. It is only around two inches long so I could just repair it, but a bit gutted as it is a new tent. Has anybody had any similar problems?

We also had a tear in our tent during our last trip.  It was caused by an acorn falling from a tree!  Could your tear have been caused by something falling?

I think I got a Nevada carpet for mine - it's not an exact fit, but good enough.  And now they've brought out a carpet and footprint for the 2009 Iowa as well.
