Eek, wet wipes? Alcohol and lanolin on your flysheet? Is this wise?
Best way to get bird poo off is to allow it to dry, brush off with something soft like a childs hairbrush then remove any residue with plain water. Or if it's really fresh use just water. Actually most bird poo just gets washed off in the rain and you're none the wiser. But it is best to go round your tenrt the day before you pack up and remove any dried poo or mud before you pack the tent, if possible.
