At home we use the vacuum to get the air out and when we pack up we just gently sit on them to expunge the air.
We were wondering if the "deflate " setting of our airbed pump might be man enough to suck air out of one of those vacuum bags.

I work in Margate...........
Another thread said packing your sleepingbags in the vacum backs reduced the tog value........... but if it doesn`t I like the idea of using the airbed pump for the return journey. Might try it with the clothes instead
