Tentastic are a complete joke IMO!
I bought my first tent from them, the poles broke and I have only just received a refund from them when I bought the tent back in July (which by all accounts is pretty quick so I suppose I should count myself lucky)
Their customer service is appauling, email after email asking for the same information, then they don't reply for another few days sometimes asking for the same information that you have already given them in the previous email! They are either complete morons or are very very disorganised or possibly both.....
I have now realised they were stalling for time so that you go past the 45 and 60 days that paypal and ebay say you have to contact them by.
If you don't get any joy within 2 weeks from Tentastic I would suggest complaining to paypal and ebay - don't leave it any longer as they can't help you then. Ebay suggested I contacted the police as I was over their timeframe which I felt was a bit extreme....
My advice would be forget the fact that you think you might get a bargain off ebay and visit your local camping shop and actually see tents on display.
