After my saga with World of Camping & Gelert recentlly, I thought it only fair to report back on a success story.
Back in July I bought an Outwell blow up bed ( King size) from World Of Tents
First time I used it - no probs. For the second camping trip in Aug. the bed started deflating immediately.
With all the nonsense going on with my Gelert tent , I forgot all about it. Last week I remembered, & emailed WoT about the problem. They emailed back 2 days later, asking me to phone them. Got thru immediately, & was told to cut out the logo from the bed, send it back & I would get a full refund.
The day after I sent it back, I had an email saying a full refund had been sent to my credit card.
So.. well done WOT.
Will definitely be shopping with you again.
