Small claims court and claim for everything, including petrol etc.

Send them a recorded letter first asking for a refund etc.

And head it "Without Prejudice" - they'll think you've taken legal advice and take you more seriuosly!

looks like you had a bad deal;maybe if its possible and you have the right pegs ect,you might be able to get a hard standing under those conditions,we had to do this on our last trip out ,not at all bad.
