 this is an odd reply realy as our best trip was our lst not becoues of what we did but becoues of the differnce it maid to our lives

  we had been through a ruff patch hubby had a break down disaperd for 4 days and tryed to kill himslef my 14 year old dauter had been diagnoesd with cronic crohns disesas and my back (scoliosis) gave up and i had to start using a wheel chair out and about. we had the chance of a 10 day break in scotland so on the spare of the momnet we packed up all the fodd in the cupbords scraped togethere money for camping and fule and set off. we had no spare cash so sisnt do anything exciting we played board games took the dogs out and chatted. but it gave hubby and me time to sort ousleves out ok so i carnt walk for big beal theres wheelchairs. hubby had peace and quiet and it gave him chance to think about what was realy importants and make some big desisisioon he could never have done at home with his family at him.  and my dauter just had time to relaxs and thats a good part of geting crohns in remission. so ok maybe not everyones idea of a brill holiday but it will be one that changed our lives and we will all remeber for ever

I think that sums camping up Fallenangel.

It's not so much where you go but where you aren't. At home we're all off doing our own thing in different parts of the house (just like now actually!) and there's all the hassle of school, work and running our hectic lives and yet once that tent's up all our cares fade away. (Note, I said once the tent was UP! Bloody arguing all the time whilst we're doing it but happy again and content once it's all done lol!) We have time for each other, we talk together, we eat together and we play together and we love every minute of it. Freedom. Bliss. So anywhere with running water, warm clean showers and a flat dry pitch would suit me fine.

We had a great week at Rose farm in Norfolk this year the weather weas really hot and we just chilled for the whole week the the kids and friends of ours as I have quite a hectic job it was so relaxing . Fantastic sight( especially watching the sun set over the ajoing farmers fields) will begoing back next year for sure.

  we got back from Ripley camp site early last week, and what a excellent site it is ,

 facilities spotless, wardens very friendly, and very reasonably priced.the walk into the village can be dangerous, unless you use the muddy field which runs along side the road,but in all fairness i spoke to a warden he said it would be addressed for next season, its hard to write negatives for such a nice site, anyone thinking of going to Yorkshire give these a look, we,ll be going back next year. have a look at brim ham rocks amazing !
