Having been camping for about 3 years now, i'm not sure if we take too much along with us or if others out there actually take along everything apart from the kitchen sink, apart from the tent of course, we take airbeds, sleeping bags, blankets, 3 lights, table with chairs, bigger chairs, cooker with stand, food, beer, toys, books, pans, plates, what do we all think...........

I think you are just right that's about all we take with us, having a two year old though we end up taking a big box of books and a few toys too, as it will keep him occupied whilst the OH and I fall out - oops I mean pitch the tent!!!

We seem to take more and more each time we go.

Our camping buddies are just the same. We just think 'Oh I will take that just in case' and before you know it we have half the house....good job we have a sprinter van
