Has anyone had a tent delivered by courier. I'm looking for secondhand frame tent and am trying to work out what it would cost for delivery  and which company to use.

 All the ones I like on ebay always seem to be miles from me.

I have bought and sold a few frame tents and could totally reccomend   www.interparcel.com  for their service, very reliable and they have a handy quotation from to give you a price guide as well. I generally pay around £25 to send/collect a 6 man canvas frame tent with pole bag.

Another vote for Parcel2Go - used it to deliver my forgotten second-hand inner tent. Great value (even though I didn't pay!). Good service too.

With Interparcel just put in the length + width+ Height doesnt matther what shape it is. Is it in a circular box??
For a circlular package the length will be the same as the width

i bought a utility tent from a member on here and it only cost £10.00 to deliver it but i am actually no help because i cannot remember the company ..... sorry  but i can find it if you want me to

Another vote for interparcel - I've sent all the tents I've sold using their service - price depends on size & weight.

I've heard good things about paisley freight too but haven't used them myself.

I've used paisleyfreight a couple of times and they have been excellent. They list on Ebay and have a standard charge for frame tents up to 50kg iirc.
