Never bother trying to book online always phone Club Rez to book our C&CC site, they always ask if we would like a confirmation email or letter by post, we always choose a letter which we can produce on arrival (if needed) at the booked site. Never had any problems

I've never had a problem and always book online. juniep, do you mean the Caravan Club? Don't they take bookings without deposits?

UrbanSplash, it does indeed appear to have gone titsup. I got a page load error. I think you may have to book the old fashioned way.
It's not always broken - I used it on Friday.

Well here was me saying all well and marvellous and I come back today and gather that there have been system issues over the weekend for online site bookings.
By all accounts this issue that occured over the weekend has been resolved. The system developers are with us this week.
UrbanSplash, understand your frustration. Would you like me to arrange someone to call you at your convenience to make your bookings? Not ideal I appreciate as you clearly prefer working online (as do I) but just want to try and help.
