what about the barneys after lights out when alls quite and you wisper swear words at each other, they dont have the same effect in a wisper do they. or do they, come on tell the truth its time to repent.
My OH is pretty deaf. If I didn't yell the sweary words at him he wouldn't hear them. So it's either write them in large red capital letters on a piece of paper for him to read (assuming he's got his glasses on, that is) or forget about it and go to sleep.
We dont argue once the tent is up lol. we were camped next to a family last year where the mum and teenage son had an argument. Husband told wife that all the site could hear her, she replied she couldnt care less and teenage son "stormed" out of tent.
Pulling a zip doesnt quite have the same impact as slamming a door lol.
We camped next to 2 families that had bought a large tent between them and were on their maiden voyage. After lights out they started bickering about the kids.
They should be asleep....well theyre excited....I dont give a if little tommy's excited just shut him up!....Dont you dare swear at me you ing
And so it went on.....
We were giggling over breakfast trying to pluck up the courage to ask how much they wanted for their tent but we never had the nerve.
------------- Of course I can handle it...I have children
go alone!!! OH came with us last week and insisted on helping to put the tent up. it really is easier when i'm by myself, i know what i'm doing and felt awful shouting orders to him. glad he came though, he really enjoyed it!
I love it!! My husband doesn't camp so I leave him at home and go with my son. I wouldn't shout sweary words at him (he's almost 4) but might say them to myself under my breath!
