We use the Camping Gas Double Burner with grill and it's great on a kitchen stand. Read on here that you can't toast and use the burners at the same time but that's not true with ours. We also have a small portable BBQ for warm evenings in the open.
We too have the Camping Kitchen Plus and I think its great - suits us perfectly. Its light, packs away small and because it has legs you don't need a separate cooking stand so it saves lots of space. I find it really good to cook on and so easy to keep clean - we don't use the griddle a lot, but occasionally it comes into its own (like the time we forgot the frying pan!). One of the best things about it is that each leg is individually adjustable which is great when you're on uneven ground! I did research all the options before we bought it and I still think we made the right decision .
Same as mrneillees - Got a double folding Campingaz stove with grill a dozen years ago & still going strong. Hate replacing things that still work so even though its dented & a bit rusty I'll keep it 'til it falls apart.
Grill isn't that good for toasting but excellent for warming pies, keeping sausages warm 'til the bacon's ready and for browning spanish omelettes.
Use Calor not campingaz though - half the cost and a 4.5K bottle lasts us all year.

Alcohol stoves(Trangia type) Plus this, my latest toy a self pressurising SVEA which runs on unleaded petrol. It frightens the great she-devil with the roar it makes and she won't go near it...but then again she's terrified of frogs even. In closing I would suggest visiting the GoOutdoors web-site. I got their usual monthly notice through the post this morning and they've got some real bargains on there particularly a self inflating mat for £7.99
Is there a way of doing toast on a suitcase stove?

Best keep off the baked beans
Toast can be done on a single burner , suitcase, any stove , this the best camping gadget I have bought. It just sits on top of the burner, put bread on top, turn when done on one side. done in about 10 seconds, folding toaster
this is what I use , I swapped over to two suitcase stoves last year to replace a double burner and grill.
A selection of liquid fuelled stoves chosen from Primus, Optimus, Svea and Trangia.
Depending on conditions, I'll chose between paraffin, petrol or alcohol .. for longer stays with the family I mostly use paraffin stoves and lighting.
Wilderspool, if you haven't already tried it, treat your 123R to some Aspen4T, much better stove fuel than unleaded. If you continue with unleaded you'll likely suffer a blocked wick and burner at the least convenient moment.
I bought the campingaz 2 burner and grill, i picked up some great tips from this site including checking out the local tip for gas bottles, we have now got a calor gas 7kg bottle with a regulator will that regulator be ok for our stove?
