I'm not sure if this has been posted already but poundland have lots of camping and other outdoor bits and bob all for (you've guessed it!) a pound. May be of use to somebody.
The picnic blankets (in the Outdoor Living section) look fab. There is another thread here, about using picnic blankets instead of expensive fitted tent carpet. These seem to be the perfect solution, cheap enough to buy several, and throw away if they get muddy. I am going to Poundland tomorrow!!

Some of those things are so cute, but I think any stool for a pound is not designed for the likes of me
Mel
got DD one of those stool for her rangers camp and this will be it's fourth year, they're sturdier than they look.
and i know you're going to say my DD isn't as big as you, but trust me she don't half knock it about a bit and it's survived all that so am sure it would stand up to most people sitting on it.

I bought one of the UFO lights last week but it stopped working after the first time. I also bought one of the £1 "Swiss army knives" whic fell to peices when I got it out of the packet!
I wonder what happens if you take faulty goods back to poundland? Bet no one ever has before!
No idea about returning goods to poundland, we have been lucky with our led lights for the orginal one it'sjust starting it's third season.
