If it will sleep overnight without making a fuss, why not! Puppies are to be enjoyed

But remember they will still need to sleep lots and lots when THEY want to.

We are taking our puppy at the end of May - he will be about 13 weeks.     He will sleep through the night, as he sleeps in with us.   Even if he wakes when I go to the loo, he soon settles just as soon as I get back into bed.

Ok I know that he will sleep when he want to, but that isn't a problem, as I tend to do a lot of relaxing this holiday - really need it.    Hopefully the weather will be kind, and the kids will be off playing with other kids, so I can chill with my book and my puppy.

will be fine as long as he doesn't trash everything, you have no plans to go anywhere and leave him at all, and you don't mind picking up poop and pee in the tent

Although Comet is getting better, especially as he has mastered the cat flap, I am still picking up the occasional poo, and a daily wee in the house.

We have a tent up in the garden at the moment, and he was good last night.    Apart from a small chunk out of one of the roll mats.   Oh the joys of owning a puppy.

Saying that when we had the cats, and first started camping, we put the airbeds in the tent for garden camping.    Cat's claws and airbeds don't mix.

I waited until mine was about five months old before I took him camping, so that he was old enough to be left for short periods if necessary.

We took our dog camping when he was about 3 months old, and he was fine :)  He had me and my brother to play with at the time.
