a gas cannister lasts about 3 hours on full and it heats the huge living area in our royal biarritz. Can get cannisters 4 for £4 from B&M Stores. I have found that the campingaz ones from argos cost a bit more but last longer

Success - got it to work. Had to zoom right in and then little tabs at the side appeared.

That family health grill (got 3 kebabs on the pic) is very similar to something we take with us and they are great- highly recommend them for camping.

On another note I really like the tent tidy thing in Aldi and think they would be good for dirty washing etc.

picked a gas heater up today from netto, tried it for a minute in the house, seems pretty ok,  On the instructions it states strictly outdoors only,  is this from a fire safety point of view? or is it from a fumes point ?

If the stove is used in an inadequately ventilated environment it burns up all the oxygen and it's goodnight from you. I've heard it's a very pleasant way to exit the world though.
