Money,it goes with you, it dont go anywhere, and dont come back with you.
------------- Think this year is to follow old meet friends for 2014.
If you cant do someone a good turn, don`t do them a bad one,its nice to be nice you know, and little things mean much more later in life.

Something else I 'd forgotten I had !! I bought a flagpole and flag last year , I left it up on site, but my siter remembered it and brought it home with her . its still at her house.
Thats 2 things I've been reminded of that I forgot I had tonight, the other was the big gas bbq I bought last year.
I think everything else I take has a purpose , except the flagpole.
I have got a set of parasol lights, somewhere, can't remember where i've put them though
Knee pads.
The kids love playing horsey football. the adults get down on all fours with a child riding on their back and we play football. Trust me it is hilarious but now we are all pushing 40 and the kids are getting bigger it is a killer on the knees. They have yet to develop a knee pad that prevents us oldies being crippled by our obese children!
But we still take the pads. If you are drunk enough you will do anything.

Well, I bought a gazebo 2 summers ago, A must-have item, so I thought. However, its never been out the box. Each time we go camping, we either can't fit it in the car, or forget it altogether.

Where can I geta flagpole? I have to admit im not a big one for acessorising my gear but I really want a flagpole now! I can just picture the other half's face as I pipe up the Union Jack at sunrise...
Skyblue leisure are great. They have a fantastic range of windsocks, flags, streamers, you won't find a better choice and they are nice people to deal with. They also sell that boring, useful camping equipment stuff as well.
I have a Saltire windsock which I do usually put up when not in Scotland, and both a Saltire and Lion Rampant flag which are both new in their packets.
Why? We're often at cycling events and it's common to trade flags there. Plus I remember being at a cycling rally in Yorkshire and the guy who cleaned the portaloos was so taken with our Lion Rampant that he offered to buy it. We gave him it of course, but since that day I've always carried a couple of inexpensive flags. Good trade goods for the native folk!
