we were promised a hot summer and I want it now, just been out with dog its damned cold in Edinburgh tonight wheres the hot summer nights gone?

Sitting with glass of wine looking at tents, OH calls it my porn sites, everytime he passes Im looking at another great tent theres so many to choose from, I want a 2 roomed tent with sewn in groundsheet, this could take a few weeks, I love all your pics and wot you have in your tents, got a we list going, well a big list actually

I'm only about 50 miles from you and it has been warm and sunny most of the day and evening, apart from a cloudy period mid afternoon.

Regarding the tent, have a look for a 4 or 6 berth vis a vis tent.

Well we are off to Minehead in Somerset on Monday and there aint going to be any hot summer anything whilst we are there!  We have had a couple of day of sunshine so far but not what i would call hot.  We are off to Scotland in August so i'll do my best to bring the sunshine up with me  but i'm afraid that i am quite predictable in always managing to go in the opposite direction of the sun but Scotland is lovely whatever the weather

Think weathermen are as trustworthy as politicians, make all these promises that they don't ever keep

Its a beautiful Sunday morning here in Sheffield.I am sitting here counting the days to our camping trips,only another 28

The "Hot Summer" prediction is entirely down to "probability" and not down to anything scientific or weather related.

No more probable than you and me saying, "We deserve a decent summer, the last few were awful".
