Had to cancel yesterdays trip, forecast was dreadfull - as soon as I cancelled the sun came out - was sooo gutted although thunder and rain later that night so was for the best I guess.  

But still needed to get my fix, or I don't feel completeness - so spent today trying to get somewhere booked with no joy, slowly sinking into depths of depression, just wanted a night away with kids before half-term week's over - re-fuel and all that.....but all's not lost, friend recommended site in Dover which I was sure would be booked all week, but thought I'd give them a try - nothing ventured....... and they have space - wooopeeee, they said no need to book as just for one night - just turn up and we'll be fine.  So to celebrate tonight, me and my youngest are going to christen the little pop up tent in the garden (bought as a pup-tent for camping this week) I can't tell you how happy I am - equilibrium is restored and the forecast is sunny - yip yip yippeee - right better stop rambling now so I'll shut up......
