Just a note about buying an MX5........I know someone who had been trying to start a family for years, but when his wife reached 40, they accepted it wasn't to be and bought an MX5. Within 3 months they were expecting their first child, so the Mx5 was sold.

When 1st child was 1yr old, they decied they would have another MX5 (as a second car this time) and, guess what, after owning the second MX5 for  a few weeks, they found out they were expecting their 2nd child.

They now  have 2 children and a MX5 for sale.

Ha ha ha ha ha :0)

I just found out the friend that is selling the MX-5 is ...guess what ...pregnant!!!!

Fantastic news for her (but I'm seriously reconsidering the purchase!)

Here's us camping in the MX-5 at Folkestone on the way to France. We even found space for the picnic blanket for the porch. The Vango we now have packs much smaller than the old royal in this pic which really helps.

Gosh, I wish they'd manufactured the MX5 20 years ago when we were trying to start a family
