Can anyone help out there? I am in the process of buying all of the equipment I need and all that is left to buy is an airbed.Does anyone have any recommendations for a good double airbed? I have been told to think about the Coleman Comfort double as it is worth looking at any opinions or help would be great
We have this too and it's great as you have 2 seperate chambers to sleep on, one for each person, so when one leaves the bed, the other side doesnt deflate!!
Less of the seasick feeling, or roll together which can often be a bad thing after beer and barbeque!!
They are farily reasonable to buy, I think mine was about 25 quid from Wild day.
After waking up on the floor (aka tescos own double air beds!!!) we invested in a double aerobed which inflates in seconds and when you take the charged pump away the air doesn't escape!! Bliss.....
------------- It always rains on tents. Rainstorms will travel thousands of miles, against prevailing winds for the opportunity to rain on a tent.
not used an airbed for 2 years, got fed up with them deflating in the night. had much better nights sleep with sleeping bag on a couple of cheap fleece blankets!
We slept on our Coleman Double Comfort for the first time last weekend. Before this, we had an Argos inflatable mattress. The difference was absolutely amazing. The Coleman is supportive and comfortable, more like a regular bed mattress. As there are 2 seperate air chambers,it is much less bouncy for two people to sleep on. All air beds are NOT the same !! I would definately recommend a Coleman Double Comfort, if you want an airbed.
We have the outwell excellence king size great for tall OH who kept complaining of feet hanging over the edge on our double areobed but both are great beds

A big thank you to everyone who replied. Looks like the Coleman Comfort mainly due to the price, as new to camping don't want to spend too much on one item if I can so it seems a happy comprimise.
I know where to come to for advice in the future
