Hi Dingus,

We have a monty 12, but principle we use is to lay tent flat with doors unzipped.

Place the travel bag at one end, fold both long sides to meet in middle of tent. Repeat this. Having the bag at the end will help you to judge size!

Roll tightly making sure you get rid of all air, keep rollong straight into bag!

Works for us, although we have found that we need to apply weight sometimes in order to zip bag up

Hope this helps

Jon

we have a monty 6 and come up against the same thing, we unzip all the doors fold it as flat aspossible then myself or mydaughter roll all the way along it to ge tthe air out then we jiggle it up and down and roll on the bag and squeeze it in .............. it is a fine art getting a tent back in a bag but one that can be mastered!!!! lol 17

A tent is like a newborn born baby..... to some they all look the same..... but if its yours it's beautiful.

It's the knack of doing it that gets easier.
