Theres a Tent show on at Detling Show ground over 13,14th June, in Kent, It's been run by Blacks, theres nothing on there website, but they have some posters up in there store in Maidstone, i also noticed cotswolds have chucked up a couple of more tents up at there show at nottcutts, but its still not a big display.

Yeah i know, not exactly well displayed, thats why i stuck it on here, next time i'm down town i'll go in and get more info, and ask why it's not on there websites. Unless its a last minute planned display?, because there was nothing about it in the shop last week.

Just been back into Blacks, and picked up the leaflet, it starts 9am-530pm Sat 13 june and 930am-4pm Sun 14 june.

the makers listed on the leaflet are: Vango, Outwell, Coleman, Eurohike, Karrimor and The north face.

they said its just meant to be a local show, thats why its not on the website, i pointed out that an A4 poster in the shop window wasn't gonna get them loads of sales and maybe they should put the word about a bit better   17

theres nothing on the leaflet, and theres no other event on, so i'd take it, it'd be free, without anything special apart from tents, i don' think they would charge, if there is a charge i'll let you know on saturday.

We went to the Notcutts display on Saturday, as we were there anyway and you have to do these things! Bit of a waste of time and effort, haven't even put the groundsheets in most of them!

Eldest daughter bored telling us "you're not allowed to buy any more, mum", youngest insisting on going into all of them, and very taken by the Vango Juno teepees.

We'll be at the Showground - you have to do these things!

Went to the showground. Found the 'display' in a small side field. No more than a dozen tents and that was about it. One other person looking round.

Thank Goodness entry was free.

Went on to Notcutts whose display looked massive in comparison!
