Can some one please tell me what the extra pegs in my gelert horizon are for. There are 6 or 8 steel, well wire pegs instead of being bend over at the top they are formed into a circle about one inch diameter.
Am i supposed to perhaps put these in the "ring and pin"?

Why dont the makes give clear instructions for set up, pegging out, and re-folding to get back in the bag. Just ordered the Delta pegs for next trip

They are for pegging down the bedroom pods through the drawstrings in sig,well thats what I use tem for.

Or for pegging down tensioning straps across doorways. Basically for any internal pegging point where you don't want the sharp end of the hook top digging into groundsheets or feet.

thanks for the help it is obvious after your told!
About the ring and pin should that be pinned down or is it better to "float" so if the roof lifted slightly in wind the pole and pin rise up together rather than the pole being pulled up and off a fixed pin?
