Hi,

I just had to come and say that I've just ordered an Outdoor Revolution Outhouse XL 08 from camping and leisure for £49.99 17

I'm very excited about it.It took me ages to decide which one to go for and I watched a few on ebay too. Finally made my mind up after reading the reviews on here for the Outhouse XL. It comes with a ground sheet & hi--vis guys and it packs up small too.

I've read so much on here about the dangers of cooking a tent 17 We saw a few utility tents last year and even Mr Fitz thought they were a very good idea (and he doesn't even do any cooking!). We packed our trailer yesterday and I was very pleased with the "available" space 17

Its only 6 weeks until we head off to france camping  (first time camping abroad). I must now stop buying things for our trip. 17 I want to leave room so we can visit the camping stores in France and see what we can buy over there.

We might go off this weekend and have a practice run, to fine tune the bits n bobs. Although I had it all down to quite a fine art last year so I'm failry confident that it'll be fine. Any excuse to get off for a weekend camp though!

everything will be ok in the end, if its not ok, its not the end. Anon.

Your tent will seem so much more spacious and tidy, now you can bung all the clutter and clart into the kitchen tent! 17

We love our too! We have put it up in the garden a few times with the cooker in it and lived outside for the day. It also makes a great stall for fetes and car boot sales. We bought some 2 metre porch poles to lift the door up.

Just curious, but do they really call these things  "outhouses" because back when I were a lad an outhouse was the privvy down bottom of yard !!!

We use our outhouse xl as the privy/washroom when we camp on a site without shower/wash facilities (which we go to at least once a year), my dughters partner thinks were glampers.

We use an easycamp annexe to cook in as either or both doors can be poled out if necessary.

Maggie
